Guess Who’s Back?

Hiya Lovies!

You don’t have to say it… I know I’ve been away forever. I’ve been on an unplanned hiatus from my blog while trying to juggle my crazy work schedule and excessive traveling. I realized last week that I really missed blogging.  It’s been a part of my life for almost 3 years now and it’s felt a little weird not posting anything.  I’ve thought about popping in here and there to say hello, but I would just get so overwhelmed with work that my poor little blog took a back seat. What I missed the most about blogging is catching up with my dedicated readers and fellow bloggers, so I had to make a change. If you really enjoy something, you have to find the time for it – right?  So, here I am…finding the time. And I’m going to keep finding the time no matter how busy I get.
So with that being said, here is a quick snap shot of my life while I was away last month.  I spent some time with my family, my boyfriend, reunited with friends that I haven’t seen in years, and made some new ones. Last month was a little more crazy than usual and I don’t think that June is going to be any different, but I’ve got a solid plan in place to avoid another disappearing act.  Wish me luck :)

If you have a chance, let me know how you guys have been.  Is there anything new going on in your lives? Let me know in the comments. I’m excited to get back to blogging and hearing from you all soon. Enjoy the pics!

Moody Girl Eats: Mila – The Miracle Seed

I’m eating a new food called Mila, it gives me mental clarity and energy to get through a long workday and the best part is they send me a check.  Have any of you heard of Mila yet?  Mila has been a great addition to my life and I'm happy to be able to share it with you here.

Mila is a special blend of chia seeds that produces the maximum nutritional value.  It is a whole raw food that provides a natural source of omega 3’s, antioxidants and phytonutrients. Mila is also gluten-free, trans-fat free, sugar-free, and a superior plant based source of protein and fiber.  It can be deliciously combined with many foods, like oatmeal, yogurt, salads and my all time favorite - smoothies.  Mila is consumed throughout the world for its heart, bone, prostate, breast, and gastro-intestinal support. With its supreme biological properties, Mila is an unparalleled tool for weight management, but it is also widely consumed for anti-aging, prenatal care, and mental health.

This video will give you a great idea of what Mila is and all of its benefits:.http://natasham.lifemax.net/what-is-mila   You can order a bag Mila, by clicking this link: http://natasham.lifemax.net (click "buy" in the top left corner).

If you are interested to learn how they send me check and you want to learn more about the business and the company as well as the food.  Please watch this video: http://natasham.lifemax.net/business-opportunity-presentation

Traveling Mood: Ocho Rios, Jamaica

I recently came back from a trip to Ocho Rios, Jamaica and I had a wonderful time with my BF.  We went down to this beautiful Caribbean island for a friend’s destination wedding, but I was able to sneak in some family time with my uncle as well.  We spent most of our time at our all-inclusive hotel hanging out by the pool or laying out on the beach.  It was a perfect getaway and exactly what I needed.  This was my second time there and we stayed at the same resort from when I visited previously.  Here are some pictures of my vacation and a quick OOTD.  Have you been to Jamaica yet or do you have plans to make a visit?  What was your favorite part of the trip?  Let me know in the comments.
