Fresh Picks to Follow – Mobilize the Earth

Earth Day is just around the corner, so I wanted to share some of my favorite environmentally friendly picks with all of you. Earth Day 2012 marks the 42nd anniversary of the environmental movement from 1970.  This year’s theme is “Mobilize the Earth.” The plan is to stand up and demand action from our government leaders by rallying together and collecting One Billion Acts of Green.  This country’s environmental issues have taken a backseat for way too long - we can’t afford to let the environment down.  We all need to be more vocal and demand some changes now!  Check out my top 10 Earth Day inspired pieces for this week’s Fresh Picks to Follow.  How do you plan to celebrate Earth Day? Moody Style: Dreamy and Drapey

Hiya everyone!  I’ve been a little behind with everything in my life and unfortunately my little blog has been taking the backseat.  Recently, one of my co-workers left my office and instead of hiring a replacement, the management team decided to double my workload. I’ve been working a ton more hours lately, so by the time I get home from work all I want to do is shower, eat and go to bed.  My only sanity these days have been my races and working out at the gym.  I’m hoping that things will look up soon for me.  There is one bright side to me being exhausted, I’ve been able to sleep and dream of a better, happier tomorrow.  Have any of you taken on extra responsibilities at work in the past several months? How do you handle your stress from work?
