For some reason I’m having a little trouble sleeping tonight. I wish that I can say that this is the first this has happened to me, but I can't. It happens more often than I care to remember and it really sucks. Right now it’s about 3am and I’m not sure why I’m awake and why I’m not the least bit sleepy. It could be the fact that I took a quick nap earlier when I got home from work or because of the mini argument I had with my boyfriend. I’m not sure what it is because I’ve experienced these two examples before and I’ve been able to fall asleep with no problem in the past. What’s frustrating is that I’m going to be super exhausted all day especially since my alarm is scheduled to go off in a few hours.
Well my fellow bloggers, I figure that since I’m up, then I might as well post a picture of one of my outfits that I wore to work this week. I wore one of my favorite skirts from Anthropologie – the aqua san pedro pencil skirt. It doesn’t look aqua in the picture, but trust me it is. The lighting was a little off. Have any of you suffered from a little insomnia from time to time? How do you get rid of it? Do any of you do anything special to ensure that you have a restful slumber?
