Moody Style: A Sunny Climate

Hi everyone!  I hope that you all had a wonderful weekend and that you are off to a great start so far this week.   I just wanted to post a few pictures of one of the outfits that I wore while visiting Savannah.  Can you believe that this was the first time that I wore the dress?  I don’t know it took me so long to wear it before now.  I really love how bright and cheery the dress makes me look.  It’s a pretty, feminine dress perfect for the summer.  And I think that the little birds all over the yellow skirt really adds a little something extra to the look.  Did any of you buy this dress last year? What do you think about this dress?

  1. I totally missed this dress last year, and looking at how pretty it looks on you I'm regretting missing out!! I wrote it on your previous post but I love the aqua cardigan. It just blends in really well with the yellow!!

  4. Until you said it was a dress, I thought it was separates! The little bird print on the "skirt" is so cute and it just pops against the turquoise cardi.

  5. I tried the dress on last year, and although cute, the top was for me super sheer. Of course, I was wearing a bright red bra, which has is plusses and minusses when trying things on, but I guess it spoiled the effect on me. The dress looks lovely and not sheer on you. And the aqua sweater looks fantastic!

    1. The top is a little sheer on me too, but I just wore a nude colored bra and it worked. The sweater just added a little something extra. I may try it with a red sweater and shoes next.
