I mentioned a couple of months ago that I bought this skirt from Anthro during the Tag Sale. Unfortunately, I haven’t worn it until now because I struggled a little bit with styling it. This skirt just hung in my closet because I was looking for the right top to wear with it. I know that the trend right now is pattern mixing and it looks really cool on so many people. I even toyed with the thought of pattern mixing myself. Especially after seeing several bloggers wear this skirt with a striped tops like Jinah from bonjour it’s jinah and Anjali from Goldenmeans. Even the Anthro photo added below paired the skirt with a checkered shirt. Despite seeing the pattern mixing trend in full force, I didn’t think that I could pull it off at work. So, I played it safe in today’s OOTD. Do you have any suggestions for additional looks for work? What do you all think about pattern mixing?

I don't think you need to worry too much about pattern mixing because this outfit is amazing! I love how the cardi works so well with the skirt. Believe it or not I think this was one of the first midi length skirts that I fell in love with and always regret not buying.
ReplyDeletelove this!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Jenn - this outfit is fantastic, as is. I love that cardigan with it - the color is perfect.
ReplyDeleteYou look absolutely LOVELY!! :)
ReplyDeleteI don't think you need to pattern mix to bring out the beauty in this skirt -- it looks gorgeous on you with just a plain white tee! And the cut is so slimming and elongating on you, you look amazing!
