I fell in
love with the Larkhill Swing Dress as
soon as I saw it on the Anthropologie website.
I still haven’t seen it in person, but I’ll be trying it on as soon as it’s
available. I did have a chance to try on
some clothes that recently went on sale, so I’ll be sharing my reviews of those
in a later post soon. Anyways, here are my top 5 favorites for this month from
Anthropologie. Check out Anthropologie’s new arrivals here and let me know some of your favorites!

Current Mood – J.Crew New Arrivals
I know that today I’m definitely going to pick up the Gold Foil LeafPencil Skirt, the DrapeySleeveless Tee and maybe something else that catches my eye. Below are some of my favorites that are sure to put anyone in a good mood! Do you have any favorites from the new collection? Let me know in the comments!
Moody Style: Me and Wu
On February 5, 2012, Jason Wu launched a 60-piece collection exclusively for Target. On the day of the launch, I ventured out to Target late in the evening expecting to find nothing on the shelves. But to my surprise there were racks that were barely untouched racks. I was pretty excited. I grabbed just about everything to try it on, but I only walked out with this pleated skirt. Most of the garments were a little too big or ill fitting. This skirt fit the best and I thought it would be easy to work into my wardrobe. The colors in the skirt are vibrant and fresh for all occasions and seasons. I’m looking forward to wearing it a lot this spring and summer. Did any of you buy any of the Jason Wu for Target pieces? Do you have any favorites? Check out the collection here and if you are interested in this skirt, you can buy it online here.

Moody Style: Spring Has Sprung
I’m very happy that the weather has finally warmed up and it is officially Spring. However, my allergies feel like they have been under attack for the past month. The pollen this year seems to be the worst that it’s ever been. I’m an allergy sufferer and I’ve had allergy issues most of my adult life. My allergies are usually the most active during the spring and fall months. So, I pretty much know what to expect every year. During the normal allergy season, I usually take some over the counter medication and then I’m fine. I’m currently taking 24-hour Allegra, but this year it just doesn’t seem to be getting rid of my symptoms - sneezing, itchy throat, watery eyes, runny nose and sinus pressure. It’s so bad that earlier this evening, I had to purchase 24-hour Allegra D to help with my severe nasal congestion. Last night, I felt like I couldn’t breath and I woke up several times to clear my throat and blow my nose. I don’t know about you all, but I’m already looking forward to the weekend. I haven’t been able to get much sleep because of my allergies and I just really want to get some rest. Do any of you have any allergies? Are there any remedies out there that you find helpful? I would love to know.

OOTD: Decade by Decade
Hello everyone…I don’t know about you all, but I went a little overboard with yesterday’s Anthro sale. I’ll post my shopping bag soon. Did buy anything from this week’s sale or do you plan to sit this sale out?
I mentioned a couple of months ago that I bought this skirt from Anthro during the Tag Sale. Unfortunately, I haven’t worn it until now because I struggled a little bit with styling it. This skirt just hung in my closet because I was looking for the right top to wear with it. I know that the trend right now is pattern mixing and it looks really cool on so many people. I even toyed with the thought of pattern mixing myself. Especially after seeing several bloggers wear this skirt with a striped tops like Jinah from bonjour it’s jinah and Anjali from Goldenmeans. Even the Anthro photo added below paired the skirt with a checkered shirt. Despite seeing the pattern mixing trend in full force, I didn’t think that I could pull it off at work. So, I played it safe in today’s OOTD. Do you have any suggestions for additional looks for work? What do you all think about pattern mixing?
