Moody Style: Military Chic

I bought this camo utility jacket from JCPenney a couple of years ago and I’m so glad that I did.  I wear this jacket all the time because it goes with just about everything.  Over the past several years, camouflage has become a huge trend for fall and it doesn't seem like it's going out of style any time soon.  If you’re a little on the fence about adding camo to your wardrobe, then start off small with a camo print scarf, a cute t-shirt or a fun little hat.  And if you’re ready to tackle the trend head-on then grab yourself a pair of camo pants or a camo jacket.  Both of these pieces are super easy to style.  Just add a t-shirt and some heels to your skinny camo pants and you’ll have a perfect look for the fall season. And with the camo jacket, just pair it with your favorite pair of jeans, a plain t-shirt and some sneakers for a casual look.  And if you really want a fun look, then try adding a striped shirt to your outfit like I did here.  Check out all the details below and let me know if you have any questions!

Moody Style: 12-Hour Pumps

I purchased these pumps in the secret plum color and I think they are so beautiful. Every time I wear them, I receive so many compliments. They are not only versatile and stylish, but also well made and super comfortable. The heel height is just right – I’ve worn them for a long workday and didn’t have any issues or pain. If you're looking to buy a new pair of heels that you can wear everyday, then I  highly recommend these. They come in 8 colors and Banana Republic usually has some type of promotion going on, so you can get them at a good deal.

Moody Style: Fall Back on a Favorite

Sharing a couple of my favorite pieces from the weekend, which includes this burgundy open front cardigan from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale.  It's available in all sizes right now and it comes in grey too.  I also found a couple similar versions like this one and this one, that offer several additional colors like black, green and brown.  I also really love these olive stretch denim moto leggings.  They are a little on the thin side, but they works perfectly with a longer top or cardigan.  These leggings are so super comfy and stylish, that I decided to buy the burgundy pair as well.  The best part of both of my favorite pieces is that they are both under $50.
