Moody Picks: #NSale Early Access Must-Haves

OMG…you guys! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale – Early Access opened up today to all cardholders and believe me when I tell you that you won’t be disappointed.  The best items and sizes will sell out quickly, so if you are a cardholder be sure to order your favorites as soon as possible.

If you’re not a cardholder and you want to get in on the fun and get some amazing deals early, then register for a Nordstrom card HERE.  You will have the option of choosing between opening up a Nordstrom credit card or debit card.  Once you have the card, then you’re ready to starting shopping.

If you don’t plan to become a cardholder and you want to wait until the sale opens up to the public on July 22^nd, then just bookmark some of your favorites for later. And remember here’s a few Nordstrom perks for future shopping trips:

• Nordstorm ships everything for free.  Returns are also painless – you can return your online purchases either in the store or mailing the return back for free.
• If something isn’t available in your size in the store or online, they will do their best to track it down and ship it to you for free! This store has the best customer service I’ve ever seen – I’ve never had a bad experience. 
• With Nordstrom Rewards, you earn 1 point for every $1 spent and once you earn 2000 points you get a $20 Nordstrom Note to use on future purchases.

In The Mood: Guide To Shopping The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale

We are only a few days away from one of my favorite sales of the year - the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. 

WHAT’S THE NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE?

I have to admit, two years ago I didn’t really understand all of the fuss over the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, but now I’m completely hooked. 

The Anniversary sale is Nordstrom’s biggest sale that they offer only once a year.  They add brand new fall styles to their inventory and mark it down for a limited time.  So you can shop for next season’s on-trend fashion picks right now for seriously discounted prices.  

The prices at the Anniversary Sale are typically the lowest we will see on select items from brands like Rebecca Minkoff, Rag & Bone, Joie, Treasure & Bond, Zella, Nike and so many more.  And once these items sell out, they are generally gone because Nordstrom will only stock a limited quantities for the sale.

WHEN CAN I SHOP?

The Anniversary Sale officially starts July 22nd and it ends on August 7th.  However, if you are a Nordstrom cardholder, you can shop the sale early from  July 14th through July 21st.

Not a Nordstrom cardholder? If you don’t want to miss out on some good deals, then I highly suggest you register for one now. You have the option of choosing between opening up a Nordstrom credit card or opening up a Nordstrom debit card. I personally chose to open a Nordstrom debit card because I don’t have to worry about paying off another bill and I can still earn points. You can click HERE to get your own.

WHAT’S ON SALE?

As I mentioned before, there are select items on sale from brands like Rebecca Minkoff, Rag & Bone, Joie, Treasure & Bond, Zella, Nike and so many more.  If you want more details, then check out some of the items that are going to be on sale in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2016 Catalog HERE. Keep in mind, the catalog only shows at least half of the items that will actually be on sale! 

I love this sale because it’s the best time to start thinking about my fall wardrobe.  Here are five things I’m hoping to add to my closet this fall: a lightweight jacket or sweater coat, a pair of over-the-knee boots, a classic pair of skinny jeans, a neutral handbag and a timeless piece of jewelry.  Can't wait to start shopping!
