Current Mood – Top 5

I’m so bummed that I missed out on Anthropologie’s additional 15% off sale this past weekend.  But it was probably for the best because I find myself spending way to much there.  Last month, I purchased the Eyelet Halter Top and the Nuria Swing Tank, so I needed to slow down.

Although I didn’t buy anything this weekend, I still managed to pour over the website and add a bunch of pieces to my wishlist.  Anyways, here are a few of my favorites for the month. Check out Anthropologie’s new arrivals here and let me know what are some of your favorites!

In the Mood – J.Crew New Arrivals

Have you all checked out the new arrivals at J.Crew yet?  I had a chance to see everything in person while I was in New York the other day and I fell in love with so many pieces.  I didn’t get a chance to try anything on that day, but I immediately bought the Cherry T-Shirt and the Beaded Watermelon T-Shirt.  I just couldn’t help myself - they are super cute.  If you love J.Crew as much as I do, make sure to visit the site to swoon over some fun summer wardrobe options.  Also, they are offering 40% off summer picks and 40% off sale styles by using the code SUMMER. So what are you waiting for? Get moving! Below are some of my favorites that are sure to put all of you in a good mood! Let me know what you’re loving this month.

Moody Picks: The Little White Dress

The little black dress will always be the number one fashion staple in your wardrobe, but over the next few weeks, the spotlight will shine bright on its super stylish sister, the little white dress or LWD.  The LWD is simple, clean, and fresh and it flatters just about every skin tone.  You can never go wrong with a LWD because it’s a look that never goes out of style.  This look is a perfect option for a graduation party as much as it is for a backyard barbeque. You can also pair it with colorful, metallic or nude accessories to allow the dress and the accessories to stand out.

Have you found your white dress for summer yet?  Well, don’t fret cause I’m here to help!  There are so many amazing styles out there, so you shouldn’t have trouble finding the right one to flatter your figure.  Here are some of my favorite budget-friendly LWD options for Summer 2016.  And all of these dresses are under $150.

Moody Style: Pink Off-The-Shoulder

Lately, I've been trying to make a real effort to resist buying so many off-the-shoulder tops.  So far this month I’ve added 5 new ones to my closet (like these here and here).  Technically, I don’t need any of them, but they are the perfect style for the upcoming Florida summer heat.  So don’t be surprised to see more off-the-shoulder tops in my future blog and IG posts because I’m just obsessed with this trend.

As soon as I saw this pink off-the-shoulder blouse, I knew I had to have it.  The ruffles and slightly puffy sleeves are just darling and the pink and red contrast is a perfect compliment.  But my absolute favorite part is the rich floral embroidery along the neckline and on the sleeves.  The unique and vibrant floral design really added a true bohemian vibe, which makes an effortless statement.

This blouse is also pretty versatile that it can be dressed up or down with a pair of skinny or wide leg jeans or a pencil skirt.  And even though I don't love to wear shorts, this top will work perfectly with a pair of distressed denim shorts in the coming weeks.

Necklace: Kendra Scott Rayne Necklace
Bracelets: Bauble Bar Gold Mary Links Bracelet and

*I just noticed that my blouse is sold out, but here are some cute alternatives here, here and here
I also added a few more under the shop the look tab.
