Happy Sunday friends! Now that the 2018 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is open to the public, I thought I would put together a quick post with some amazing deals that won’t break the bank.  I’ve rounded up 50 of my favorite items that are under $50 and still in stock right now.  And a few of them have already made it to my closet like this graphic tee, these black skinny jeans, these high waisted leggings and this liquid lip set.  What are some of your favorite items on sale for less?  Let me know your picks below in the comments.

Moody Style: Nordstrom Anniversary Sale – Fitting Room Reviews

Alright friends - it’s time for me to share my 2018 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Fitting Room Reviews.  This is one of my favorite posts to write because I get to share with you some of my favorite sale items and some of my purchases that I’ve made so far.  And I have to say, this year Nordstrom has some fabulous pieces available to spruce up your fall wardrobe. I think you’re going to like shopping it this year.

The first day of the sale was a complete blur filled with early morning online orders, uploading a blog post with my top picks and eventually shopping for a few hours in my local Nordstrom. I even recorded a dressing room try on haul so I could share it with you guys the first day of the sale. Were you able to check it out on my Instagram Stories? Right now, I’m pretty sure that I bought everything I wanted and so far no orders have been cancelled yet, so that’s a good sign.

Anyways, I’ve rounded up everything that I tried on and a few things that I bought complete with a review of each item. Almost everything I picked up during this sale is under $100, with the exception of this pink blazer that I ordered online. Hey Friends! Happy Sale Day! As you know, the 2018 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale just got started and I’m so excited to share all of my favorite picks from the sale so far.  I look forward to this sale every single year because it’s seriously the best time to stock up on some basic staples for your fall wardrobe.  And yes, I realize that we are in the middle of July, but fall will be here before you know it. I’m already seeing back to school supplies in major stores right now - so crazy.  Also, remember that the prices go back up once the sale is over, so you could potentially pay more money when you actually need an item later in the year.  So why not save some money now?

Hey friends! Are you excited that the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is just around the corner?  I look forward to this sale every year and can’t wait to see all of the new arrivals for fall. I just wanted to pop in here to share some basic information with you to help you get ready for one of the biggest sales of the year.  This sale is the perfect time to stock up and save big on new fall clothing, shoes, accessories and cosmetics at a discount price.  

Whether this is your first time shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale or you’ve shopped the sale before, here are some basic tips to keep in mind as you get ready to shop.

JULY 12, 2018 at 12:01am (PT) – Early Access for cardmembers ONLY.

JULY 19, 2018 at 11:59 pm (PT) – Last day to shop EARLY access.
JULY 20, 2018 at 12:01 am (PT) – Sale begins and opens to the PUBLIC.

Moody Picks - Kendra Scott's BFF Event

Tomorrow afternoon, every Kendra Scott location will host a fun Roses & Rosé event to celebrate National Best Friends Day! The event will run from 3pm-6pm where you can enjoy a glass of rosé and get your hair braided while you shop. It’s the perfect event to attend with your best friend to get the weekend started. I'm meeting up with one of my best friends that I've known since kindergarten tomorrow afternoon and we're definitely going to stop by our local store before dinner! I can't wait!

I’ve been meaning to share some of my favorite pieces from the Kendra Scott Summer 2018 collection with you all for a while now and I figure that now is as good a time as any to do it. I stopped by my local Kendra Scott store in April and fell in love with so many pieces. If you want to stand out in a crowd, then this collection was made for you. The new pieces include bright colors from a bold red, to a pretty hot pink, to a beautiful lilac color to a sea-inspired aqua blue. I’ve already bought a couple pieces so far and I wanted to share a few more of my favorites from the collection.

I’m sure that most of you know already that the Nordstrom Half-Yearly Sale is happening right now – in fact it started a few days ago and it’s so good. So what’s so great about this sale you ask? Well you can save up to 40% off select items for a limited time. The sale runs through June 3rd, but you have to shop it soon because things sell out pretty quickly. Mood to Shop: Opalhouse for Target

Target just launched a new home decor line earlier today called Opalhouse.  This line is filled with bold, vibrant and eclectic home decor that is inspired by designs from around the world. If you're looking for a something that's a little boho chic and a little bit of Anthropologie, then this is the collection for you. The collection includes more than 1,350 home decor pieces, like bedding, bath, tabletop and furniture. I stopped by the store earlier today to see the Opalhouse collection in person and seriously I wanted everything. One thing that impressed me the most about the collection was all of the details. The bedding and the throws really felt soft and plush and the pillows had so much texture. Naturally, I brought a few things home from my shopping trip like this Elephant Basket, this Crochet with Tassels Shower Curtain, this Tufted Oversize Lumbar Throw Pillow and this Lory Pouf in the Black and White Textured. 

Moody Picks: Circle-Shaped Handbags

The circle-shaped handbag is a huge trend right now and this bag has become the most-wanted it-shape for Spring 2018.  The circle silhouette comes in different shapes and sizes ranging from a petite size bag with a top-handle strap to an extra large style with an adjustable cross-body strap. You can find this round style bag in various fabrications like straw, leather and even bamboo.  And the best thing about this trend is that it comes in any color imaginable as well as at different price points. So if you want your outfit to stand out, then you can go for a bold pop of color or something neutral that will work well for an everyday look.  Right now just about every retailer has a round style handbag on their shelves, so you are guaranteed to find one at a price point that fits your wallet.
