I’m kicking off my birthday weekend starting with taking the day off from work tomorrow. My sister and one of my really good friends from Chicago are coming into town Friday morning and I can’t wait to see them. My birthday is officially on Saturday, but I plan to do a majority of my celebrating on Friday night. I have a dinner planned with some of my family and friends and then we’re off to hit up some bars for the night. On Saturday, I plan to relax, shop (really just window shopping for me), watch a movie (either “Safe House” or “The Vow”) and have a nice pasta dinner. And then on Sunday, I’m running a half marathon race in the Donna Marathon Race to Finish Breast Cancer. I’m hoping to have a fabulous weekend. I need it after having a horrible week.
