Moody Style: Paint Me Plaid

Are you guys mad for plaid like I am? I’ve wanted to grab a plaid shirt for a little some time now, but I just never bit the bullet until recently. I’m sure you’re wondering why…right? Well, I wanted to make sure that I found the right print and colors for me.  And thank goodness I finally did.  This Boy Shirt in Red Plaid from J.Crew immediately caught my eye a few months ago – especially since it was the only one in the store and luckily in my size.  Don’t you love it when that happens? I love the look of this shirt and I love how versatile it is too.  I was a little worried about wearing this look to work, but it surprising turned out great. What do you guys think?  Eventually, I plan to grab at least one more plaid shirt to make sure that I fulfill my little obsession for plaid.  Do any of you have any plaid items?  What’s your favorite piece? Let me know in the comments.

  2. YES! I'm a little obsessed with plaid too!! And I love your plaid! It's so cute especially with the adorable skirt!!! And honestly, I love to get plaid from anywhere!! Macys use to have a good selection and Forever 21 but most days I find great steals at thrift stores!

    Happy Monday!

    1. Thanks so much for the heads up on other places to buy plaid. I don't have a Macy's here, but I may have to check out F21.
