Moody Style: Made in the Shade

If you’ve followed my blog for a while now, then you know that I’m not afraid to wear bright colors. So when I saw this t-shirt, I immediately knew that I had to buy it. The color is perfect for the spring and summer and so easy to throw on with some cute denim shorts. I’ve had a thing for graphic t-shirts lately especially this one, this one and this one. These t-shirt are perfect for creating a casual look when you’re going shopping or even going to lunch. Unfortunately, this one is sold out in this exact color, but it comes in a khaki color as well. I’m really keeping my fingers crossed that they release more of these for the summer, but we'll see. Anyways, I’m sure that you’ll see this shirt a few more times this summer. I’m super excited that the palm tree print trend is making a come back this summer. And it’s definitely not hard to miss. These days, you can’t walk into stores like Nordstrom, ASOS and Forever21 without finding this print on everything from dresses, shorts, skirts, rompers to summer scarves, shoes, clutches, and totes. Jenna Lyons definitely got it right when she said, “As far as I'm concerned leopard is a neutral." Like Jenna, I take my leopard in small doses and I believe leopard print shoes are the easiest way to liven up an outfit. Moody Picks – Plaid Blanket Scarf

As many of you know the blanket scarf trend is getting more popular and literally getting bigger each year. Check out Burberry’s much larger blanket scarf/coat here – isn’t it fabulous? I know that many of us missed out last year on ZARA’s infamous sold-out camel plaid blanket scarf (seen on AP here). Many of us took to eBay in droves to track down any duplicate we could find to satisfy that immediate need. This year ZARA came out with 3 more blanket scarves patterns that are already sold out online - which I’m not surprised. I’m secretly hoping that they will restock each of them at least one more time before the end of the year.
