Happy Friday luvs!  I'm so happy that this week is finally over.  I haven't been feeling well for the last couple of days, so I'm really looking forward to resting up and getting back to my old self.

In the Mood – Now This Is Plaid // Target Style

I have to say I’m pretty excited for Target’s plaid takeover this fall and I can’t wait to see everything in person.  I recently learned that Target has teamed up with the New York-based designer, Adam Lippes, for a collaboration of his interpretation of Buffalo plaid.  The collaboration with Target will include more than 50 items in women’s and men’s apparel, shoes, accessories and home décor items. The mad for plaid collection will be available in select Target stores and on Target.com beginning Sept. 27th.  I’ve already checked out the lookbook and picked out some of my favorite pieces so far.  Based on what I’ve seen, it’s safe to say that Target stores will be very busy with this fun, fashionable pattern. So what do you all think about Target’s plaid, plaid world this fall? Moody Monday – Plaid Scarves

Over the past few years, plaid blanket scarves have become so popular that they are now considered a fall essential.  I don’t know about you, but I’m counting down the days that I get cozy up in one of these once the weather finally gets cooler.  I’m sure that many have seen some of your favorite bloggers rocking old Zara blanket scarves and you may have been trying to track them down. Well have no fear; there are plenty of online stores that carry a perfect replica of the real thing.  So I’ve put together a list of some of my favorite older and newer plaid scarves for you in case you want to add them to your wardrobe.  Most of them are blanket or oversized scarves and most are under $50.  Check them out below and let me know what you think.  Also if you have a chance, check out my Pinterest page for additional blanket scarves. Will you be rocking a plaid blanket scarf this year?
